Shipping information: Please note that we are unable to ship parcels to PO Boxes. Gift Cards and Day Passes will be sent via Canada Post letter mail. Admission tickets purchased online will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.

Return policy: Returns must be done in-store, unless otherwise authorized. Items may be returned with receipt and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available.
